1. Remove the insole from the shoe and use a damp cloth to wipe away any dirt or debris that may have accumulated.
2. Remove the existing insoles from your shoes, and insert the new memory foam insoles. Be sure to align them so that they are in the same position as your old insoles were.
3. Put your shoes back on, and walk around for a while to let them adjust to their new shape and size!
